HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping on your Mychael Darwin website is really simple.

If you already have a idea of what you're looking for, use our New Arrivals link to peruse our current styles. Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button underneath the item description.
Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the 'CART' link at the top of the page. You can add products or use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' button to delete items from your cart. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

It's not at all required, you can definitely process your Mychael Darwin Jeans order as a "Guest" or you can sign up and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Mychael Darwin account: 

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account
  • Be notified when new stock arrives
  • Save your address and card details for faster shopping
  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

No worries, if you've forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the MY ACCOUNT page. You'll be prompted to reset your password.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE THE REAL DEAL?

    Mychael Darwin unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100%  Mychael Darwin Jeans original designs are created in our Southern California studio and our accessories are sourced from our own makers and exclusive suppliers.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

    All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed processing your order and making a purchase.

    If the product you want to buy is out of stock, you can choose 'notify me when this item is back in stock' on the feature tab highlighted on each Mychael Darwin product page. Client Service will notify you when the item is back in stock.

    IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE ON MYCHAEL DARWIN?

    Your personal online security is important to us. We use Shopify Payments, managed by the popular banking system STRIPE, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our Mychael Darwin Jeans systems. All orders are processed securely, 100% of the time. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. We have installed a personalized Fraud Alert program that protects you from any online theft. 

    Mychael Darwin accepts all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments. We happily honor all payments processed through PayPal too for added purchasing options.

    If you would prefer to place your order by telephone, simply call our Mychael Darwin Client Service team Monday through Friday.

    WHICH COUNTRIES DOES MYCHAEL DARWIN SHIP TO?

      Mychael Darwin ships globally; you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of international shipping.

      DOES MYCHAEL DARWIN SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

        At this time Mychael Darwin does not ship to PO boxes without a recognized street address associated with the PO Box digits. Mychael Darwin Jeans does not deliver to forwarding addresses.

        HOW MUCH TAXES AND DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

          Prices displayed on the Mychael Darwin website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on your Order Summary page.

          If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA outside of CA. (Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Mychael Darwin is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax).

          HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

            CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

              Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered on our JOIN page, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'.

              HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

                To have your request for return or exchange reviewed, please submit your information in the form provided and someone from our MD studios will reply. Each request is reviewed on a case by case basis and must be approved by our Customer Service department. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses in sending their item(s) to Mychael Darwin Jeans for return or exchange. Full price merchandise with approved request, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 21 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date upon request approval. Any Mychael Darwin Item marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. MD will only accept returns for those items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Mychael Darwin reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

                RETURN | EXCHANGE FORM

                WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

                  When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be refunded to the original payment method or given a Mychael Darwin online store credit, and will exclude shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of California, all sales taxes will be refunded. (Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Mychael Darwin is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as UseTax).

                  Outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly. 

                  Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.

                  IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
